Title: Several textures on one subject.
Post by: Robertoo on June 05, 2018, 04:55:06 AM
how to apply different textures to a solid, e.g. a cube. One wall made of wood, the other one painted in a solid color, a cast stone.

Right click the part and Edit Geometry. From there you can split the object faces individually or in groups. Alternatively, if you are exporting from a CAD package, make each face a different color in that program before you export.

As posted before, you can split the part to assign different materials. And you can also apply several labels that also can be assigned with different solid materials.

If you won't reimport the CAD files with the update geometry option, you should use the geometry editor to split the part. That gives the most options.

Hope that helps
