allow each object to receive shadows or
not to project onto other objects.

It's a very good idea, because I work with emissive materials (not visibles to eyes) but they send shadows on the ground ...  ::)

I tried to remove shadows visibles on the floor, but my car seems to fly...

Please, I'd like a function for each object:

casts a shadow
receives a shadow

It would be really convenient for architectural renderings, or assemblies with lots of glass components.

I think also made ​​watchmakers, where the sapphire crystal of the watch strap too much influence over the dial below.
