That highlight you are seeing is the reflection of a light source. As Matt stated, you can achieve it by adding a pin to your HDR image. Target where you want it to land and adjust the size and brightness to your liking.

You're getting there. If you want it to be the same as your example, make sure to use a round pin and scale it so that you see it all in the reflection. Maybe soften the edges of the pin too.
