Since having my IT dept. update my program to 7.3.40, everything in keyshot seems sooooooo slow. Curious to know if anyone else is experiencing issues or if its just me.
Seems like loading files is slow, for instance: files that used to take 10-15 min to open, now take almost an hour or more. Closing a file seems to take a few seconds (30-60) more.
Also noticed that RAM doesn't seem to clear unless you fully close out of the program. Just closing out the model doesn't release the info from RAM. I don't remember this being the norm in previous versions.

I would test to un- and re-install KeyShot with the full installer.

That does seem quite sluggish and untypical. A re-install might be a good place to start.
Sounds good, will give it a try. Good to know it's just me...err..wait... lol
