Title: Render queue interrupting other apps
Post by: zooropa on August 31, 2018, 01:07:25 AM
Hi. I am using for first time the render queue feature (really really useful). I would like to know if is there any way to avoid to be interrupted by every beginning of my sequence render. When "render_1", "render_2" ....etc starts...KS will open the render window over my other programs.

Thanks a lot.

Are you using Render in Background or are you just using your main app to render? I've used the "Render In Background" mode, and it doesn't behave like this, so just curious.

Just make sure to not use all your cores while background rendering, or it will "render" your computer quite sluggish. I leave 2-4 cores free for working on other stuff.
