Hi Everyone,
since I've upgraded to 7 I can't download any material or environments to the cloud. Every time I try, a separate window pops up and states "you'll need a new app to open keyshot cloud"
I'm currently running on Version 7.3.40
A colleague of mine is running the same version and it works for them is there something in my settings that could effect that?
Not sure which system you are on, but is it maybe something to do with whatever version of browser you have? Does it happen to be too old or something? Maybe someone else can fill in, but that's the only app I could think of your system using to open KeyshotCloud.
I'm not sure if there are only certain browsers supported, but maybe stick with the main ones (if you're currently using one that's lesser known/used)??
