I was using Rhinoceros 6 and I clicked send to Keyshot 7 via Live Linking and rhinoceros gave error after that my Keyshot not opening. I download Keyshot 8 it opens but Keyshot 7 not opening. When I try open keyshot 7 it opens I see attachment image after it close.

OS: Windows 10 Version 1803
Keyshot 7.3 Educational
Rhinoceros 6 SR8

then re-install KeyShot 7 again to make sure that this is the last registered version. The plugin will look into the registry and can't work with 8

I uninstalled Keyshot 7 and installed again but still it didn't work. I can't open Keyshot7

In this case I would uninstall KS7, copy the ks7settings.xml as a backup and delete the entire files of the keyshot7 folder except the library content. Then re-install a fresh new downloaded 7.3.40 setup and try it to open.
Does it run now?
Does the effect only appears with the Rhino Plugin?
Re-install this.
