I purchased new Microsoft Surface book II to run Zbrush and keyshot, but when I travel to China, try to do some demonstration, I lost environment with adjustable lighting, I had message said I need choose folder for materials, environment and lights... I tried reinstall a few times but still can't run it right as usual, I downloaded some materials and environment to do some basic rendering for coustomer, but how to get keyshot back to and running right. I attached some screen shot when I had the issues, can anybody help me solve this problem, I am very appreciated!
