When applying Displacement to geometry with hard edges, these edges become split.anyone knows how to fix this issue?
Hi Wangnan.
Unfortunately, that's how the displacement behaves at this point in time.
You need to add just a tiny rounding to your edges in your modelling software to avoid the edges splitting.
Hope it helps,

For what it's worth, I've also had this happen on surfaces that are
supposed to be tangent. I don't know if that's Solidworks failing to actually achieve tangency (possible, it can be a bit crap at it sometimes) or something with how the surfaces are parsed when importing into Keyshot. In the specific case that was causing me to tear my hair out, one of the surfaces was actually displacing in the opposite direction as the rest of it, too.
Wouldn't be surprised if that was Solidworks' fault, but still.
