Title: Drag and Drop
Post by: germannick on March 29, 2019, 12:04:24 AM
Drag and drop or cut and paste from one open KS Scene into another. This would help to just import specific item, part, model set... and not entire KS file

Yep. This would be a huge plus for me as well. There might be some complications due to on windows at least each open project starts up a new instance of the app, so it would have to use the system clipboard which might not work for some reason. Still would be a great one to figure out!

Instead I create a new model set out of selection and save it as a temp bip file to import it in the other scene.

That's what I do as well, and it works fairly well, but other options would to have more import options when importing bip or ksp files as to which model sets or studios we can import in the import dialog.
