Beautiful traditional pattern, and stunning model and render. We owe so much to the Islamic tradition in art and ornament.  May I suggest just the very smallest fillet to all the edges?  They would naturally happen as part of the finishing, but most important would provide catch light reflections to really bring out the beauty.

Yes there will be small fillet edges but after ring is finished in gold.
