Title: Magic
Post by: Safa on July 15, 2019, 04:30:18 AM
Hello everyone!
I've tried to play with the cloth-physics in blender 2.8. The statue is a free model on 3DSky.
Thought it would be cool, to integrate a little bit of magic, made in Keyshot 8.2 :)
The model of the cloth is still a bit rough. Tried to subdivide the surfaces, but unfortunately blender crashed.
But the result is still working, I think.

I like it ... !!
the fabric looks nice and fluffy.
the problems in triangulation when it hits a target are well known to me and in fact I also never managed to find the right balance in between resolution and calculation time in Blender ... so I mostly live with the same problem  ;D

well done !
cheers

Thanks alot!
I've tried it several times, but unfortunately had the same problem as always. Don't know, if it's a blender-problem or you can do it better in Cinema 4D for example. Or I'm using the wrong settings ;D

Cheers
