Title: Plug in for Keycreator
Post by: J.B. on April 21, 2010, 08:12:38 AM
Is there a way to get the plug in for keycreator? (or is there one?) I looked in the "Data Import" section but there was no place for Keycreator.

It should come with the latest version of KeyCreator - the plugin that is. Contact support@kubotekusa.com

The plug-in (CDE) is in KeyCreator V 9.0.3
It's part of the Tools.CDE menu.

Jason if you need the plug-in for V9 let myself or Dave Brown at MasterGraphics know and I'll get you it.

Well thanks but I should be upgrading soon enough. So far it has been easy to just export as OBJ and import when I need to.

John:

I am looking at Key Shot and would like some help in moving my KC models into Key Shot. It seems you have done this and I thought you might be a good person to ask. I find that IGES retains my levels and STEP does not. I was told that if I apply different colors to surfaces in KC I can then apply different textures to those surfaces in Key Shot. The rest of Key Shot seems " relatively " straightforward, but I need some help getting my models into Key Shot.

Thanks,
Tim Eastman
