Hey All

If you are facing GPU option issue related to the Nvidia drivers on KeyShot 9 then I recommend checking Nvidia archive drivers web link below where you can find all the previous versions of your graphics card(s).
Please keep in mind that Keyshot 9 currently supports graphics drivers 436.xx (see here: https://luxion.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/K9M/pages/1139015787/GPU+Mode)

I would recommend using
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us

Since the other link seems to indicate beta and archived drivers.

Our documentation has also been updated with the link I gave

Also, know that we are working with nvidia to resolve the optix/cuda issues in the drivers

Today nvidia released 441.66 that solves the issues we have been seeing - and those are the currently recommended drivers.
