So I have a request from client for silicon rubber same colour as Pantone 286C..(RGB 0,82,165)
Is there an easy way to create this material?

I have tried just a diffuse and it doesnt seem to match the Pantone colour..

Thank you for your help.. Worked well..

I am also trying to create a frosted orange transparent material, any ideas?
