So I have a request from client for silicon rubber same colour as Pantone 286C..(RGB 0,82,165)
Is there an easy way to create this material?

I have tried just a diffuse and it doesnt seem to match the Pantone colour..

Important note: depending on which HDRI you use (especialy if not a studio lighting) your color WILL change ... but I guess you know that.
