Hello, nice try. I am no product render specialist but I have a few tips that might help you.
Soften the extremely hard edges, either in the model or with the Rounded Edge effect that is available in KeyShot.
Add some variation in you materials like smudges/scratches. Only subtle effects since it should be a new watch I presume.
The light setup and the ground look gives me an outdoor feeling and that the watch is placed on a floor/ground outdoor. Feels a bit misplaced.
Maybe try with more of an indoor/studio look both for the light and the ground?
And finally I would like to have some reflections that clearly shows the properties of the glass.
As I said, I am no product render specialist but I hope I could help in some way : )

Have a look at the binocular series from Esben Oxholm on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rR6jd5p2f0Q (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rR6jd5p2f0Q)

I think your scene can benefit from lighting improvements. Definitely agree on the model having world like radii on the sharp edges. Just to knock off the CAD effect. Nice attempt! Keep at it!

Great tips from Roshan and Herman. Definitely two to listen to and learn from!
