Title: Lamp with procedural translucent paper
Post by: nicordf on July 22, 2020, 10:12:48 AM
Hey guys!

Yesterday I spent way more time that I had planned tweaking a 100% procedural paper material to apply to a paper lamp I modelled in Rhino. I´m posting it on instagram, but wanted to share the High-Res and clay versions of the scene with you.

I'm aware I forgot to add the paper seams hahaha, but it's only noticeable when the lights are off.

I would love to hear your feedback!

Man that is super nice! Crazy how far people can take this procedural stuff! Loving the execution here.
