Title: Image styles; exclude backplates?
Post by: RRIS on August 31, 2021, 07:55:48 AM
Can we have an option somewhere that excludes backplates from the image styles applied in the viewport?

Image styles change the tone mapping of the backplates, which I can't imagine being very useful. Especially when you're using already correctly exposed and edited background photos.
It's not that I don't know how to composite after rendering, but I want to match my lighting to what I see in my backplate and that's not going to work if my backplate gets influenced by the images style I'm using.
