Can keyshot isolate an object light affect only to specific objects?
I mean the light will invisible to other objects except some.

no, this is not possible...
the only workaround would be to only render that part extra and combine in post. (With all downfalls i.e. no reflection from surrounding materials etc.)
It is been asked for a few times over the years, but never made it into the program!
