Title: Should I "Execute Geometry Node" before rendering?
Post by: kosmicro on May 27, 2022, 01:18:16 PM
Hello there, so I'm working on a project, and usually, I make long queues from multiple studios, multiple objects, and multiple files. The thing that every object has in common, is that they all have a displacement for a logo.

The thing is when I'm ready to add the "jobs", I always have the displacement un-executed ("the scene contains un-executed geometry nodes"), my question is, should I execute them before adding the job (which I'm doing just in case), or when keyshot open the files to render, it executes everything automatically?

You have to do it before. It won't happen automatically. If you don't press the execute button, it doesn't know to do it and your final image will not include the displacement.
