I have copied materials from one bip file to another and now the materials render black. Not sure why this happens. I hope someone else might have an idea why this may be happening. IF I assign a new shader to the models they render just fine but the diamond and the platinum materials that I have copied from a different bip file still render black. The materials were originally created in Keyshot 2.3 ???
That should work. You can contact support@luxion.com, so we can investigate the issue.
I emailed tech support. But in the mean time I redid the scene from scratch which worked but it was a bit of extra work.
Raybounces was set at 0. ::)
