Hello, I'm using Keyshot 3 education licence on a Mac and when I load an HDR file into the library i've got an error and i don't know what to do to resolve the problem.
I also have an error when I try to create a folder in the environnement library
I join you the screenshot of the errors and I hope you can help me.

You may want to check and make sure you have writing capabilities to KeyShot's resource folders.

ok. now it work by adding directly in the Keyshot folder..Strange ???
