Print Page - KS3 Render options

Hi, I am having problems rendering in KS3. As soon as I press 'Render' it comes back 100% and renders a very small portion of the image.

I had assumed that 'Region render' was activated as I have been using this on KS2. For info I have both a KS3 Pro and Animation.
I have added the render BRG_2.19.tif for reference although there's not much to see!

On checking my render options I seem to be missing 'Queue and Region'. I have added a snapshot of my Render Options window.

Can you please explain what's wrong. I am running Windows 7 64 and KS 3.0.93 (was the same issue in 3.0.90)

Your probably going to need to uninstall Keyshot and remove old versions of it and re-install the newest version. good luck

It looks like that you are running the regular KeyShot version and not Pro with Animation.

Looks like there has been a mix up when changing from KeyShot 2 to KeyShot 3.

I will contact the licensing department to obtain the correct license.

Just for info. I already have the correct licenses but it was not correctly configured when I upgraded from KeyShot 2 to 3.

All OK now apart from de-activate and re-acrivate on another machine.

This is being looked into though so I am confident that all will be OK soon.
