Title: Problems importing .PNGs in as a label
Post by: PopaPork on January 18, 2012, 05:27:28 AM
I am trying to bring in a .png as a label and in Illustrator the file looks good, colors are right, places where I need trancparencey are right, everything is good.  But when I import it in to Keyshot i lose all the color and the image is black and white.

What am I doing wrong?   In Keyshot 2 I did the same things, saved the graphic as a .png imported it, and had no problems.

Thanks
Chris

I did a quick test and it's working okay for me. Can you send the PNG file to support@luxion.com?

Thanks,
Chad

Hey Chad -  I figured out the orginal problem I posted, but now I'm having another one.   When I convert it to PNG Illustrator and Photoshop remove the pure white from the file.  But when I bring it in to keyshot, it removed even the off white I'm using.  I have to change the off white to a totally different color like green.
Any ideas?  I can send you the file if you want to play with it.

Chris
