It's very good :)

Somethings up though ... can't quite put my finger to it ... did you try a tad more gloss on the orange plastic ?
That might give it a tad more depth.

Also, since this is a small object, you may use DOF for this ...

You got a weird background in the first shot .. is this a shelf in a storage ?

He used one of the backplates that come with KeyShot 3 in the first and second picture.

I just went to the KS3 backplates folder and found them.  Now I see it's an office desk !  Ok.
