Title: Cannot see anything except static!

Hi,

Hope this is posted in the right area.

I just downloaded Keyshot today.

When I open Keyshot 3.0.99 educational version I see nothing but static. I can import items but I still see only static until I render them, then I see the object in the rendering.

I cant get any parts of my model or the background to show up during the real time rendering.

I am using a mac runing windows xp, I tried running the mac version to but it wont even open. What am I doing wrong???

I will try and post a screenshot.

Did you make sure that your drivers are up to date? One the Mac side, you have to make sure that you are running Mac OS X 10.6 or later.

We did make improvements to the graphics output in 3.1 to work around an issue on Mac OS. Please try the latest version of KeyShot.
