Hi there,
Just trailing a KeyShot and very impressed so far.
One thing I have not been able to find so far - light limiting materials? Specifically LED's small lights for electronics and devices...maybe car headlamps etc.
Is this possible in KeyShot, if so what type of material/material settings should I be using to get a realistic glow effect?
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Either use the flat material, or the general material and make the ambient color bright. Version 2 will have an actual light emitting material.
Also, to see the effect of "color bleeding", please make sure to turn on "detailed indirect illumination" in the settings tab!

To create lighting effects in keyshot it's easy, you must prepare your model with several "lighting's surfaces" where you can apply "emissive material's type". Once done this, modify color, intensity, if you want to be visible for eyes or reflections is accurately easy.
Try a little and be sure you'll get surprise results!!!
