Title: What am I doing wrong?

I'm rather new to keyshot but the quality of the images I get is totally different from what I see others are able to produce.  See attached.

What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to KeyShot!

Looks like you might just have the default materials on your model... Open the material library and drag and drop some materials onto your model.

I think you're right - I hadn't done any of that. It still seems a bit grainy in the shadows but I need to play around a bit more. Thanks.

It just needs some more time to resolve, just let the scene sit for a bit.
