Title: Ambient Occlusion pass
Post by: Reederdzn on June 06, 2012, 05:50:24 PM
Hi All,

Is there a way to create an ambient occlusion pass in keyshot?  If not is there
a workaround?

I know the thread is old but try a Diffused material with White color.

Yep, occlusion is one very important missing feature in keyshot.
Try what Reederdzn said and save your image as 32 bit. Once in photoshop you will have the ability to play with levels ti push back and white.
Once happy with that, turn your layer in multiply mode on top of your diffuse render.
