Title: no "clear" appearance
Post by: vickyp on June 11, 2012, 05:54:25 AM
Hi,

i've got a problem with 'noise' in my pictures. It seems that I'm not able to get a clear material appearence in my renders.
I get black dots in my renders, can anyone tell me what they are and how I can get rid of them?
I get with all sorts of materials, the paint, the plastic. I would like to get a nice clean finish.

thanks,

vicky

Looks fine to me. Can you post a jpeg not embedded in a pdf so we can get a better look?

The image looks blurry, otherwise fine.

I've noticed the "black dots" myself, especially on white glossy plastics.  They eventually blend out and go away, you just have to let the file rez-up longer for those materials.
