you can use photoshop to adjust sharpness it will be good better...
open photoshop--filter---sharpen---smartshapen---set amout=40%

Nice!  Anodized is a tough material to work with, so you may want to play with IR a bit?  Now... let's see an animation!  Seriously, this is exactly the kind of mechanism that so often needs to be animated, and I'm not sure it can be done yet in KS.  If so, let's see how!  Jeff ???.
