Title: Commemorating the Tour De France
Post by: Rex on July 12, 2012, 04:10:45 PM
The Tour De France is in full swing right now so I rendered out a "world champion" color study for this pair of sunglasses that I modeled in SW2012.

I'm afraid the colored frames are getting lost in the colored backdrop, maybe i'll play around with the lighting a bit more... seems to work best with the blue frames. maybe because of the less vibrant backdrop?

2nd & 3rd one. Very nice. Just a wee touch more work in post. Like it a lot!

I like them. Lightening or desaturating the blue background a bit might help pop the glasses out more.

You should try using contrasting colors for your background... for example: Blue glasses with Orange background, or the white on a black background.

It doesn't always work with perfect complimentary colors Red and green Christmas colors. The idea would be to get some more contrast in there to make the glasses pop more!
