Im attempting to run a copy of Keyshot 3 floating off my mac connected via VPN at work. On my pc there is no issues, however on MAC side I have VPN connected to office server, but after entering the server address I am still unable to connect successfully. The server address prompt continuously appears after asking for restart. Ive placed the licence file into the keyshot applications directory but still no success.
You don't need a license file on the client PC when you run the floating version. The issue must be with your VPN setup on the Mac.
