Title: Siemens and Motive motor
Post by: Tomas on August 08, 2012, 05:24:16 AM
Hello,

Some of my renders with motors and descriptions.  :) Renders are modified with CorelDraw  :)  :)

About Siemens 1LA9053 4LA91 L1E:

LOW-VOLTAGE MOTOR, IEC SQUIRREL-CAGE,SELF-VENTIL.,IP55 TEMP. CL. 155(F) ACC.TO 130(B) ALUMINIUM HOUSING, GENERAL LINE STANDARD EFFICIENCY IE1, 4POLE * FS100L * 4KW (50HZ) 4.45KW (60HZ) 3 AC 50HZ 230VD/400VY * 3 AC 60HZ 460VY.

Siemens 1LA9060 2A91 L1E motor:
2-pole, 3000 rpm at 50 Hz, 3600 rpm at 60 Hz, temperature class 155 (F), IP55 degree of protection, with increased output, used as temperature class 155 (F).

and original delphi series asynchronous electric motor:

4 poles asynchronous speed 1500 RPM, 11 kW, 15 HP, In - 22.78 A, Is - 141.01 A, Cs - 169, Cn - 71.95, Cmax - 212.30, efficiency - 88.9 %, m - 57 kg, deltaT - 80 C dgr.
Motive asynchronous three-phase Delphi series motors are closed, and externally ventilated. The frame, up to 132 included, is made in die casting aluminium alloy, from size 160 up to 355 the frame is made in cast iron.
The copper is impregnated with a double layer of H class insulating enamel to ensure high resistance to electrical, thermal and mechanical stress. The phases are further isolated by another layer of Nomex film to protect the motors from the voltage peaks that usually occur when the motor is controlled by an inverter.

All data taken from the manufacturer.

Excellent work. One suggestion I have is to try and avoid the hot light spots in the object in the first image in particular.
