I forgot to equalize the noize .that's why the spots stand out too much...but I'm still happy with the results

Thanks for your comment......the picture is at dusk....the car was lookin dark ....i did try an lighten it up you can see in the second picture...couldn't do to much cause the building gets too bright with them hot spots whateva you call lol....i'll keep  workin on it

Try using the gamma slider in the settings tab - that may help.
