Title: blurring effect

hello,

I am looking for how we can have a blurring effect on the light my candles, but not on the metal bracket.

Can you help me please?

Turn down the bloom intensity, but increase the radius. This will ensure that only the brighter spots in the image get picked up.

there is not a way to isolate the effect of blur on a material selected?

No there isn't. Bloom works on the entire image only.
