Title: Network rendering - Queue modification
Post by: jamesg91 on October 10, 2012, 09:05:55 AM
Another thing that might be quite useful - moving files up and down the queue in order of priority. Just thought it might be quite a nice feature.

Also even when the Q has already started with the files that haven't started yet ...... should be good for single PC render ...

Moving files up and down in the network queue (particularly when you have 70+ files to render!), would be an amazing feature! Some take more priority than others and thus need to be further up the queue! It's faster than rendering locally for obvious reasons, and you shouldn't have to cancel and re do all your queued renders just to place another one at the top of the queue because it's higher priority!

Please make this happen, it would be such a nice touch to keyshot!

Thanks

I think have a setting for priority when you send to network would be great.  Set to 0 (low) by default, but you can set to high when you have something important you are working on.  Would be especially nice if this allowed animations to be interrupted.
