CPU is cooled by Corsair H100 with stock fans pushing air towards radiator. Radiator is mount in 5.25 bay vertically in Silverstone Raven 03 case.
Chassis fan 1 and 2 are the stock fans from H100. Rampage IV Extreme CPU fan headers support only pwm fan control, neither do Corsair H100 pump fan headers. RIVE motherboard optional fan headers can only be controlled in BIOS setting, but not fan control curve. That is why I connected H100 stock fans to chassis fan header #1 and #2.

Pretty good temperatures on that CPU at 1.37V!
I'm getting max. 75 deg. C (72 average) with 4.6GHz at 1.29V.
Are you doing watercooling?

CPU is on Corsair H100
I already changed the fans to pushing instead of pulling, but the picture was take before that.
I am still waiting cougar vortex 120 pwm fans to drop price.
Original post was corsair stock fans on push configuration, chassis fan 1 and 2 are these two fans and speed controlled accordingly by cpu temperature.
I just purchased 4 cougar vortex 120mm pwm fans and set my corsair H100 to push and pull with the new cougar fans, and all fans connected to H100 block pwm fan headers. even I have 4 fans now, my computer is much quieter than before under full load.
here is the result:
