Title: Keyshot Render Mouse
Post by: scottfranksdesigns on December 08, 2012, 04:21:30 PM
This was a project for my CAD/CAM university course, the aim was to create an input device specific to a program.

I have created a render device unique to KeyShot, the KeyShot logo is used as buttons to assign materials, textures etc.

The device was created in Creo and rendered in KeyShot of course  :)

Thank you for viewing

Nice, although trying to remember which button performs which function would be a nightmare...  ;)

Very cool. Be careful of the black plastic, you are loosing it's shape. Add some gamma.
Thanks for sharing.

Ha! I love the idea of this Scott. A software specific device is always a great challenge. Perhaps it could be approached as an interactive app as well? I think we're pretty close to seeing KeyShot driven through an app interface.

Great work!
