Title: K3 brightness issues
Post by: TaylorAnimated on February 15, 2013, 12:04:03 PM
The brightness of my scene seems to have a mind of it's own. I just spent the passed few hours rendering out 99% the exact same scene, and each render would get slightly brighter. I did not touch any lighting environment controls or any other properties, I simply rendered, hid a model and unhid another model, then rendered again. None of the models I have changed should affect the lighting in any way, it seems to me that every time it renders it compounds some of the lighting? I've been getting around this by restarting Keyshot between renders. I also had a similar issue that hasn't repeated where I could see the brightness of the scene ramping up when I wasn't touching any controls, I had to restart Keyshot to fix it.

What version of KeyShot are you running? I remember this issue from a long time ago.

3, as I said in the subject.

V3 has changed considerably from original until last build...
Maybe you can specify build more precisely?
3.1, 3.2...3.3.33?

Sorry for the late reply, version 3.0 I believe. I suppose I should update?
