Cheers!

Saw the first two images and thought... hmmm

Then saw the last one and thought.... nice work

But in my humble opinion, the winder could do with having slightly bevelled edges...

hmmm?

I agree about the bevels, indeed most of the edges would have a slight but distinct 'round', but the client is very specific about extreme defined edges.

Cheers!

I feel I need to clarify what I meant...

For me the first two images don't do your model justice, the lighting looks too flat somehow

But the last render is super cool, the watch face especially is extremely nice

Have a good weekend

Ahh I see what you mean. Again I do agree to some degree, I would typically render with a little more light/dark contrast (like my Rolex in the KS Gallery).

Cheers!

Great renderings CA! I am loving the low-poly style of this watch. The last shot is fabulous with the subtle brushed material and reflections. so nice.

Thanks :-) For anyone interested, this is a wire grab of the model in Lightwave before exporting as OBJs

Cheers!

Great work as always CAClark. Third image is absolutely the best. I like the lighting better. Keep up the great work.
