Just found out today I cannot open keyshot 4 files in keyshot 3. :(

Is there any possible way I can open ks4 .bip files in ks3?

You can't open a KeyShot 4 file in an earlier version of KeyShot.

You can go backwards in some Autodesk products. It definitely comes in handy.

You can import backwards since the new product would know and understand the old method, but asking a previous version to import the next generation of file is not really going to happen as the new features would be something the older application would not have the ability to do, and if it did have all the extra features required through a patch, then there would be no need to get the latest version would there ?
