yup enough with my own :P
here she is out of my mind , none to be compared with this time :)
Finalized the mesh...this is the high res one with just spec refl breakup.
Will start rendering full color soon.
Beautiful, I like the asymmetry of the facial features - lips, nose etc
Regards John
Amazing detail. :o
Probs for great detail and asymmetry. The nose looks a bit too asymmetric in my eyes though.
thanks folks.
Esben... 'perfectly' symmetrical face/body doesnt exist. The thing is that we humans are so used to look at each other every day that we just dont notice these small 'imperfections'. You would be surprised to see how asymmetrical a face can be...
Exactly Marco, my face in fact looks like it's been hit by a truck - and that's when i'm looking handsome ;)
Real interesting and nice!!i don't understand it's an head scan or a zbrush sculpt??
mudbox sculpt
and first render with color , etc.
Very nice work!
Really nice evilmau..!..i suppose is only the first test, and the final one will be super as all your works.
I'm curios in to know, your way in to make skin textures..them are really with a lot of imperfections-skin-details..
regards
Amazing Marco. wow.

Ye, I know. I didn't say that they do. I just think for this render the assymetric details of the nose take away too much attention from the rest of the face. I would have made it a bit less assymetric, but not symmetric at all. Otherwise I think you've done a really great job :)
Edit: Amazing texturing btw... and the eyelashes looks pretty convincing (y)
thanks guys!
@Esben Oxholm: I respect your opinion man ...but it doesnt match mine!
@tsunami. Skin detail is a mix of real photos and hand paint in mudbox.
here is another one

Likewise :)
I also think it looks way better with the texture added.
Is she getting hair on her head sometime?
WOW!
Was that fluffy hair underneath the chin rendered in KeyShot too?
btw, my own nose is even more skewed to one side. SO I'm not bothered by it. ;)

Amazing!!! Even better.
I would love to see that perfect still shot "alive" (FBX animation with deformation) in keyshot. :) I hope soon.
Just amazing !
It's a keeper
Tim
Well, I don't think there would be much argument that you are truly a Master at your craft! The human face is perhaps the most difficult of all subjects to create in any medium, and I can't imagine how difficult it must be in yours. My wife is a noted portrait painter and sculptor, with works in the Smithsonian and the Vatican, and has exhibited in galleries and museums internationally. Whenever you post a new work I call her into the office for a look, and she agrees- awesome work!
The dead givaway is the lip line, and the subtle transition of form and color from the lips to the mouth box. Very few artists capture that ellusive transition, but you always do. It shows your knowledge and sensitivity as an artist! It's quite easy, in any medium, to model, sculpt or paint a strong character, or in todays art, a fantasy character. It's much more difficult to capture a gentle and subtle face.
Thanks so much for sharing with us!

thanks a lot guys for your appreciation.
I have always being fascinated by the human machine and although I didnt attend any art school or class , I did my best to study it on my own but mostly practice it.
Thanks Bill for your words and I totally I agree with you. Much easier to sculpt a muscle body ...not as much the the smoother features of a female body or face.
cheers
Marco
Wow. You are simply amazing. I love this work.
Words can't describe. Simply amazing! Keep it up!
thanks a lot guys!
here are few more shots
Jaw dropping stuff again Marco, especially the 2nd render from that batch
Martin
Will she get hair and open eyes by the final renders ? Just curious :)
If those first images were already jaw dropping, then now my jaw has been officially dislocated...
The "sunbathing" shot is simply amazing.
