Hi Guys/Gals,
So I cannot seem to find a way to get rid of the noise created by a point light - specs of blue scattered across the floor that don't smooth out. I originally thought this was a samples issue, so I maxed the settings out and regioned rendered, but still to no avail.
The point lights are set behind a glass material. I thought this might be the problem so I made sure any material sample settings were high.
My scene is currently setup using a studio HDRI, a ground-plane using a General material with some noise, and an opacity map on the ground plane so it gradients into the background. The only thing I can think of is that this is a problem between the point light and roughness within the material.
Does anyone have any experience with this? How can I clean up the illumination/ground reflection in that area?
