When I load the program it does not respond to the mouse. To import I need to use the keypad. When I click on a object to adapt the material it will often not respond. Operating the sliders in the Options/Material box results in the model panning as if the mouse was operating on the image.
It will eventually respond, but the lag time is long, as if the program had to cycle through a series of commands prior to reacting to the mouse command.

Keyshot 1 still works well but obviously I would like the features of 2
Try downloading the latest and greatest. I believe it's 2.0.48. This resolved many issues.

2.0.46 is the latest. Something sounds off. I haven't seen this - so maybe a reinstall will be needed?
Having talked to the team at Keyshot the problem is that I am using a Wacom Tablet. Guess that there is a software issue with the Tablet driver (and yes the driver is current). Issue was resolved by purchasing a Logitech Mouse. Now all is right with the world.
yes the "mouse mode" on the wacom tablet is the problem.
In fact I and other people have pointed this before on this forum.
if you use the pen or set the mouse to pen mode everything is ok.
we have tablets on all our systems and always use pen mode.
