Hi

Not sure if this is the right place, and excuse me if repeated, but here goes.

As I understand Keyshot can run on my Imac under OSX and Windows, the problem I have
is that my license number installs under OSX no problem, but when I try to run under Windows
I get message "License already in use, try sending a request file instead", not quite sure what this means.

Help ???
