A great start. The skin looks a bit waxy, but with a few tweaks you can get it there. Evilmaul will be able to point you in the right direction.

Here's an improved render with some additional post processing and color correction done in PS. The previous shader was a bit heavy on the translucency leading to the waxy look. I have since toned it down while also increasing the specular strength.
