I've a complet keyshot 4 license (keyshot 4 pro + animation purchased on early 2013 and VR add-on purchased on early 2014).
I've writed an email to info@luxion.com two day ago and writed PM but i didn't received any answer....
What I've to do to upgrade to Keyshot 5?
I've to pay something to upgrade or can i download Keyshot 5 and use it with my actual serial codes?
Please somebody answer me...

Sales replied to me and the cost to the upgrade (Pro+animation+VR) will be of 1395$....
I've just bought the VR-add on two months ago and now to upgrade my complete license i've to pay a quite big price...
Sincerely i'm few disappointed....
I'm a keyshot user and i LOVE it but i don't know if i'll upgrade it becuase i've spent 1000$ just two month ago for the VR add-on and now i've to spend another 1400$...
It is my understanding that sales is working with you on the price.
