Not happy... cannot preview scenes in windows explorer yet again...

Using KeyShot 5.0.80 on Windows 8.1... full install on new system

Thought everything was going too well... ;)

Hi John,

It's working in Windows 7 for me. I don't have Windows 8 to test though. When you double click a BIP file, what program tries to open it? I noticed the BIP files are showing as a green arrow and was curious. Try changing the default program to KS5 (if not already) - let us know if this helps or not.
